We aim to despatch all or orders 3-5 days after order placement.

All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Evri using their standard delivery with option from next day (1-2 Days) delivery.

 

Collection

You can also come and collect your order from our shop, we would love to see you in person and you'll get to see all the other fun stuff we have, or enjoy a lovely drink and cake with us!

International Delivery

At present we don't offer any international delivery options.

We want you to love all you items from us so if there's anything wrong simply contact us and we will do our very best to resolve any problems. 

 

You may return or exchange any items in new and unused condition within 30 days from the day of delivery. Please note we will only refund the cost of the goods, we will not refund original postage costs. When exchanging a product we can only accept exchanges for products of the same value, if you require something that costs more or less you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund. Please ensure you return any products with appropriate packaging and a completed returns form.

All exchanges & returns must be unused and in perfect condition, any yarn must have all labels and not have been exposed to any smoke etc, all yarn will be weighed to ensure it has not been part used.
